CHiTA's research encompasses all physical layer aspects of HF electronic devices and systems. Our research engineers and experts are specialized in modeling, characterizing, and designing high-tech active and passive devices and systems for a wide variety of applications. The use of new materials, advanced modeling techniques, specific design routines, etc. broaden CHiTA's spectrum of technology development, which is not limited to classical ICT-applications.
